So, a couple of my classmates from MEBD and I decided to go attend the Annual Student Program of The Architecture League in New York on the 18th of October 2014. It was a one day program which held panel discussions by architects pursuing varied and creative paths.. and alot of options of studio visits.
New York is a city that can leave someone stunned when encountered for the first time…. especially for a person like me, who is thrives in an urban environment, New York was a dream come true!!!
Unfortunately, I didn’t really get to do alot of the tourist – y things as I was only there for a day and a half, to attend a conference…
But I did get to travel by the subway and go to and see a lot of really interesting places in the city with friends..
I’m glad it’s so close to Philadelphia as it is really convenient to visit, even if it is for a day…
